Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent

I am working on behalf of a highly respected construction consultancy based in Central London that is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial real estate.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of commercial projects, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, and mixed-use developments across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through all phases, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and completion
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Oversee project performance in terms of programme, budget, quality, and risk
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Contribute to business development and support junior team members where appropriate

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-6 years' experience in a project management role within the built environment
  • Proven track record delivering commercial real estate projects
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment preferred, though client-side candidates will also be considered
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally working towards or already chartered (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent)
