A bespoke Construction Consultancy with 3 offices in the UK are seeking a Project Manager/Employers Agent with previous experience working for a Construction Consultancy to join their team in their office near to Aldgate.

The Company:

The Project Manager/Employers Agent will be joining an established, client focused Construction Consultancy, which have built their success by delivering high-quality Schemes to their clients.

The Project Manager/Employers Agent will be joining a Company are delivering high-quality Schemes within Leisure, Retail and Hotel sectors. The Project Manager/Employers Agent will be supporting the delivery of Projects which range from New Builds to Refurbishments and CAT A/B Fit Outs.

Project Manager/Employers Agent Role:

The Project Manager/Employers Agent will have strong experience working within a variety of sectors and an ability to collaborate with the team and run Projects lifecycle from Inception-Completion whilst offering support to any challenges faced during Projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide continuous support to current/upcoming Project from inception-completion phase
  • Clear communication with internal and external parties throughout project lifecycle
  • Liaise with the Project Management team to resolve any complications
  • Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and major Stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver Schemes simultaneously
  • Facilitating meetings with clients
  • Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards

The Project Manager/Employers Agent Requirements:

  • Previous experience acting as a Project Manager/Employers Agent
  • Experience working at a Construction Consultancy
  • Knowledge of the Leisure, Retail and Hotel sectors
  • Solid understanding of Construction Contract types - JCT & D&B
  • MRICS/MAPM qualification would be preferred
  • A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction would be ideal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • £50,000-£60,000 per annum salary package
