My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team due to successfully winning new projects.

They are experienced in the effective delivery of a wide range of projects, including the refurbishment of high-end residential properties and leisure spaces.

What does a Project Manager role entail?

  • Manage and oversee high-end residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and project time lines.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and providing regular project updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project-related issues, making timely decisions and promoting effective problem-solving.

Requirements for the Project Manager role:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing high-end residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and quality standards specific to luxury residential developments.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, deliver on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • SMSTS
