JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in commercial flooring projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site or Project Manager who has experience in flooring to join a project based in Leicester. The site can be accessed by public transport so own transport is not essential.

This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30 - 4:30, Monday-Friday and the option to work overtime at the weekends.

If you are the Project Manger we are looking for you will be joining one of the countries best flooring contractors. From our offices in Leicester, London and various open office spaces around the UK, we operate a national service with a fully supportive admin department.

You will be responsible for:

* The day to day running of projects within in the region of work.

* Organising labour

* Communicating with clients

* Having great product knowledge

* Representing the company either in person or via phone or email

You will benefit from:

Requirements for the role

  • Experience in flooring
  • A valid CSCS and SSSTS card
  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
  • Own tools NOT required
