I am on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager for installations and modernisation's of passenger lifts. The area you will cover is all outside of London and covering home counties. You will be a confident and proven Project Manager with strong knowledge and experience within both the major lift modernisation installation, you will possess first-class organisational and planning skills. The role also requires technical lift engineering and field management expertise and a collaborative can-do management style.

Salary circa £50,000 (Depending on experience)
Annual 10% Bonus available
Commutable: Slough, Guildford, Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton, Redhill
Key responsibilities:

Support the Installation Director in securing the annual profit plan.
Ensure "Order" project handovers are conducted with sales manager, ensuring sales conditions, tender and technical requirements are as specified and agreed.
Survey, prepare details for engineering and installation of new projects.
Procure capital equipment/materials and attendances.
Obtain client drawing, design and finishes approval prior to manufacture.
Agree and finalise site programmes of works with consultants / clients.
Compile site specific CDM H&S plans as well as site set ups.
Attend pre-contract and pre-start meetings as required.
Assist with contract application valuations, achieve approval/payments
Assist with technical compilation of O&M manuals supporting admin staff where required.
Achieve timely handovers with minimal controllable defects and snags.
