Reporting to: Head of Projects

Salary: £45,000 (DOE)+ Benefits

The Role:

Due to continued success, our clients Loading Systems division has created a new vacancy.

This is an ideal opportunity for any Project Manager looking to join a market leading engineering organisation with a Nationwide Coverage. This role will be Northern based working from your nearest branch.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and organize new construction and full replacement installation works of loading systems.

    Job creation, planning, and full control of Loading Systems Product installations with an emphasis on cost control and maintaining margins.

    The day to day management of direct labour and sub-contract installation teams.

    Sales support, surveys and quote generation.

    Effective customer communications ensuring optimum installation standards.

    Technical sales & after-sales support.

    Liaison with Key Suppliers to continue to build long lasting relationships

    Identifying cross-selling & up-selling opportunities

    Decision making in demanding circumstances/environment.

    Achieving target revenue and profit objectives minimising wastage and labour costs

The Candidate:

    Important to have an excellent knowledge of all Loading Systems Products and installation procedures and will need to be "hands-on" (Essential)

    Strategic project management capability, excellent communication skills, organisation, IT skills,

    Loading Systems experience (Ideally) or another engineering sector relevant experience (minimum)

    This role is suited to a candidate North of East Midlands

    Happy to travel around the UK on occasion to support the needs of the business and happy with overnight stays and potential travel in Europe for product training.
