We are now recruiting for a Senior MEP Project Manager to work on a key project in York
Key Responsibilities
As a MEP Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of projects to high standards by budgeting and programming from contract award to close out. You will also need to manage designated projects to meet company objectives post-contract with an input into pre-contract requirements emphasising customer care and business excellence. Making sure project risks are identified and managed through effective mitigation measures will be key priority for you. In addition to managing the procurement/ delivery of subcontract and supplier packages you will need to ensure the project quality management procedures are adopted and managed by the supply chain for full compliance.
As a Project Manager is this self-delivery business you will need to manage the MEP delivery team, including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, SHE not forgetting the sub-contractors and suppliers.
Lastly, with health and safety at the heart of everything we do at Kier, you will need to implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy and procedures, all legal requirements and best practice within Kier Group's
What do we need from you?
- HNC or equivalent in a Construction related discipline
- Commercial acumen
- MEP experience
