Job Title: Project Manager
Location: South East Region
Salary: £45,000 + Car & excellent benefits

We are working with an innovative design and build company with a strong reputation for delivering high quality value for money solutions across a variety of market sectors. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide effective management to Modular Construction and Hire projects from £500k - £1M in value.

This company's success derives from the way they deliver their modular design and build projects by challenging the norm, finding innovative ways of working and utilising modern methods of construction to deliver the best design and delivery solutions for their customers.

The Project Manager position is vital to the successful delivery of contracts and as such will require travel, stays away from home and regular site visits.

The Role:

  • Ensuring that all key deadlines are achieved
  • Ensuring quality of work is of a very high standard
  • Establish good relationships with clients and all key stakeholders with a view to securing repeat business
  • Strict control and adherence for all Health and Safety matters reviewing Subcontractor RAMS and creating internal RAMS
  • Manage client's expectations
  • Coordinate the Installation process
  • Manage subcontractors, raise requisitions and coordinate the works ensuring that works are completed on time and to budget
  • Works programming, providing the business with regular updates
  • Chair meetings (Internal and External)


Requirements:

  • Preferable qualified to degree level, minimum HND
  • CSCS Manager Card and SMSTS
  • Experience within this role on contracts between £100k and £1m in value with a reputable contractor
  • IT Literacy on Microsoft products including MS Project
