Project Manager Piling

International piling contractor with a pipeline of projects countrywide seeks to employ an experienced Piling Project Manager to oversee and manage various civil and build projects based from the West Midlands

Duties will include -

Planning and managing of the project

Liaising with the main contractor to ensure the required information, access, working platforms and other resources are correct.

Recording any instructions, variations, delays and disruptions to the works

Ordering, prioritising and controlling the supply of materials and staff

Ensure the profitability of the projects

Maintaining and enhance the company image

Requirements for this post are -

Civil Engineering/Geotechnical qualification

Solid piling experience as gained working for a piling contractor

Proven Project Management experience

Ability to motivate and direct teams

Excellent communication and relationship building qualities
