Position: Project Manager
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary: Competitive salary and package on offer
Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor with projects across Ireland and UK, are now recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Scotland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the delivery of the project from the start through to completion.
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are always adhered to on site.
- Managing all contractual issues to minimise any risk to the company.
- Liaising with Senior Management Team, Client and Design teams.
- Ensuring all works are carried out to contract requirements.
- Attending client and design team meetings weekly/ monthly.
- Appointing and manage subcontractors as required for the project.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or the equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Senior role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or UK.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager running large civil projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
