Daniel Owen are currently working with a national main contractor to recruit a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager for a new build high rise apartment scheme in Manchester City Centre. This is a flagship project with over 2 years of work on this scheme, adding to Manchester's ever growing skyline.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who wants to progress and build a career with this contractor. You must have experience in delivering high rise build to rent/PRS or student accommodation schemes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall project oversight and Management
- Procurement
- Sub Contractor oversight
- Management of the build programme
- Client liaison
- Directly report into the board
- Manage a team of Site and Package Managers
- Overall H&S
The salary is negotiable dependant on experience, however this comes with a healthy benefit package including car allowance & pension.
