Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience in the Water or Infrastructure sectors, looking for something a little different?

I'm working on behalf of a forward-thinking, well-established construction consultancy that's breaking the mould when it comes to infrastructure delivery. With a reputation for innovation and a genuinely collaborative culture, they're looking to hire a Project Manager to lead a high-impact water infrastructure scheme based in Kent.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Autonomy with support - You'll be trusted to lead, but never left in the dark.
  • Flexible working - Just 2-3 days on-site; the rest is up to you.
  • Diverse project exposure - While this role begins in the water sector, the consultancy's reach spans highways, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure.
  • Strong pipeline of work - This isn't a one-project role. It's the beginning of a long-term journey.
  • Dynamic team culture - Say goodbye to rigid hierarchy and hello to real collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the delivery of a key water infrastructure project from pre-construction through to completion
  • Managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
  • Providing strategic input at every stage of the project lifecycle
  • Leading with integrity and acting as a trusted advisor to the client

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the water sector or wider infrastructure (consultancy or client-side)
  • A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness (NEC experience beneficial)
  • Ability to travel to site in Kent 2-3 days per week

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and tailored benefits package
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Continuous professional development and support toward chartership if desired
  • Opportunity to join a consultancy that's growing - but not compromising its values
