We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction consultancy client who is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative project and programme management environment, where flexibility, development, and delivering meaningful impact are key.

Our client is working on some of the most high-profile and complex infrastructure projects in the UK, particularly within the water and environmental sectors. You'll be part of a team that champions quality, innovation, and sustainability across the full project lifecycle.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery of critical infrastructure projects from early concept through to completion. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to drive progress, manage risk, and ensure outcomes align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from feasibility to completion.
  • Lead client and stakeholder engagement, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Support the development of project strategies, delivery plans, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate inputs across internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor progress against programme, cost, and quality targets.
  • Prepare project documentation such as risk registers, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally within the water, flood, or environmental sectors
  • Ability to coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
  • Understanding of best-practice project management techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with both pre- and post-contract project phases.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g. APM, RICS, ICE) is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for driving positive change and delivering high-impact outcomes.
