I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded medium-sized construction consultancy based in London, known for delivering exceptional results across high-profile projects. Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they're looking to appoint a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
The Role
You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver first-class quantity surveying services. This is a client-facing role offering excellent exposure to prestigious developments across London and the South East.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Track record of working on large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure
