Dove & Hawk are working a leading developer of premium residential properties. They're looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Greenwich and take ownership of the full sales cycle for premium residential schemes.

In this role, you'll lead from the front-motivating, mentoring, and developing a successful team of consultants while working closely with marketing and operational departments to deliver results that exceed targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the on-site sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Implement strategic sales plans in partnership with Marketing to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct regular team 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and manage training needs.
  • Chair weekly sales & marketing meetings and contribute to quarterly pricing strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of the customer journey-from enquiry and viewing to reservation and exchange.
  • Monitor and present sales progress, forecasts, board reports, and KPIs.
  • Maintain outstanding presentation standards in marketing suites and show homes.
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations and company procedures.
  • Represent the sales function at key internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Contribute to marketing collateral including promotional videos and sales tools.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in team practices and customer engagement.


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing property sales role - 2-3 years experience managing a development team
  • Proven managerial experience, ideally in residential development sales.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT proficient (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Commercially aware with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable supporting overseas agents and remote sales processes.

What They Offer:

  • Salary Budgets: £40,000 - £45,000 base, £80,000 - £90,000 OTE
