Job Title: Project Surveyor
Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car and Package
- Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working for a market leader in specialist structures?
- A national employer is recruiting now for a role based in central Oxfordshire
You will be working within a busy project surveying department in a client facing role where professional communication and negotiation skills are key. From discussing construction programmes through to commercial negotiations, you can expect an all-encompassing project surveyor role.
With preferred supplier status among a number of national developers and tier one contractors, this business has a very strong pipeline of works. Knowledge of house building and timber framing systems is beneficial and applicants with more general construction experience will also be considered.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong process management and problem-solving skills
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Commercially astute, experience in working with financial data and value engineering
- A natural multi-tasker with the ability to delegate effectively and managing multiple projects at varying stages
- Broad construction knowledge base and exposure to residential development projects
- Knowledge of Timber Frame construction
- Academic qualification Quantity Surveying
