We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Housing Project Worker based in Derby, however you would also have access to the Nottingham office whilst visiting clients in Nottingham.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional evening work, starting as soon as possible on a FTC.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Experience of working with vulnerable people with a range of support needs to include ex-offenders
* Experience of delivering housing related support to vulnerable people
* Experience of support planning, risk assessment and housing management
* Good understanding of welfare rights and benefits.
* A full clean driving Licence
