Property Administrator Job in Exeter
Property Administrator job working for one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UK. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have an administrative background, property experience would be advantageous. This role is offering a salary of up to £25,000.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. The successful candidate will be supporting all departments in the Exeter office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to a professional team
- Assist with administration of client owned farm and estate businesses
- Keep up to date with letter legislation and best practice procedures, referring to colleagues when required
- Acting as key contact for and providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- Organising property repairs and instructing contractors
- Assisting with invoices
- Maintenance of and inputting of data to property portfolios to software systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Administration background
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Full UK driving license.
