Dove and Hawk are working alongside a real estate company in the City on their search for a property consultant to join their busy customer-facing office based in Canary Wharf. They are ideally looking for a candidate who has previous property experience but will consider candidates with sales or customer service background.
Job Description
- Dealing with customer enquiries and registration of applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Following up with applicants & putting forward offers to senior staff
- Liaising with other team members such as property managers and conducting property inspections
- Assisting the admin team with the tenant move in process
Skills and experience required
- Preferably an experienced sales/lettings or customer service person
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Being resilient, positive, working well under pressure, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems
- Must be presentable
- Previous property experience is preferred but not essential
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm
Salary: £18K-£25K Basic, £40K OTE
