Multi-tasking. Juggling. Juggler. Are you a juggler? No wait… Do you see both Acquisitions AND Project Delivery as part of the same process and are equally capable of doing both? There, that's better!
We are working with a chic, quirky and popular food and bar chain who have grown from a single site address to now being across the UK, with the thirst to grow by around 5 new sites per year.
You now have the opportunity as Juggling Director (Property Director) to join them on their journey (they are just getting started!). Based remotely the Property Director will come with the network and skills to identify, appraise and secure new sites whilst also spearheading the project management of new openings.

- You will be both an Acquisitions Manager and Project Manager
- You will have experience within Hospitality
- You will great at collaborating internally and externally
- You will be good with data and organised
