Property Maintenance Operative
Full time, permanent position.
An opportunity for a Property Maintenance Operative has arisen to join the Property Team at Blenheim.
Report directly into Property Maintenance Manager and will work predominantly with the Property Team, carrying out various maintenance tasks for the property portfolio.
It is an important role, and you will be carrying out a variety of tasks across a diverse portfolio, this will entail liaison with occupiers and delivering high standards of customer service in all interactions with occupiers.
You will need to have general maintenance skills, an awareness of health and safety, manual handling and experience of carrying out general maintenance.
Hours Per Week: 40
