Dove & Hawk are working alongside a market leading Essex based estate agency who are looking for an experienced Property Manager, to manage a portfolio of Residential properties located across the Essex region.
Duties:
- Dealing with Maintenence
- Renewels
- Safety certificates
- Deposit deductions
- Regular and clear communication with clients
- Dealing with a Portfolio
Salary is £26,000 - £28,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
