Property Manager Job in North West London

I have a Property Manager job available for my client who are a high-end property developer and design and build contractor in North West London.

Our client is an established property developer working across high-end residential houses and apartments in London's most prime locations. Specialising in high-quality deliverable design, they offer complete architectural, interiors, development management, and construction services from inception, all the way through to post-completion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the tenants / occupiers of the properties
  • Responsible for managing the service charge/ground rent
  • General property administration
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs either scheduled or emergency
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure work is carried out on time to the standard agreed
  • Negotiate with external parties on maintenance and service agreements
  • Coordinate annual inspections and assist in annual budget reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • Well connected with contacts for maintenance and other relevant services
  • Previous experience managing service charge/ground rent
  • Experience in a tenant facing role.
