PROPERTY MANAGER - Shoreditch - MON-FRI ONLY - £30k - £35k

Dove and Hawk are working with an independent Estate Agency. Who are looking for a property manager with 1 years experience to join their team.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner, understanding of the process of a freeholder, leaseholder and building management responsibility.
  • Compliance Experience: Gas safety, EICR, EPC, smoke alarm and licensing application (selective and HMO) ensure renewals are completed in advance of expiry dat
  • Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
  • Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
  • Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
  • Proposing and negotiating of deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding of rebuttal process
  • Daily correspondence for all LL and TT quires
  • Preparation of pre-tenancy works for special requirement
  • Obtaining quotes

Requirements of the role:

  • 1 years+ experience of being a Property Manager
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skill and time management
  • High communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
  • Positive and encouraging attitude
  • ARLA qualified preferred


Salary Budget: £30,000 - £35,000per annum DOE
Required Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm NO WEEKEND COVER REQUIRED
