Dove and Hawk are working alongside an independent Estate Agency that prides itself on their first class customer service. Based in North West London, my client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team!
Duties:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of 160 properties
- Advising and guiding landlords on the management of their properties
- Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
- Coordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotes and management of contractors
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed in a timely manner
- Progressing quotes and checking/submitting invoices to ensure payment is on time
- Carrying out detailed Property Visits and creating precise reports using online App/website
- Ensuring properties comply with Health & Safety legislation and that statutory obligations are met, e.g. gas safety, electrical safety etc
- Negotiation of end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and if required dealing with TDS disputes
- Dealing with insurance claims
- Dealing with utility changeovers and queries
- Arranging end of tenancy procedures and ensuring properties are made ready for new tenancies
Requirements:
2 years + Property Management experience
Full UK Driving License required
Own car required
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: £30k-£33k
