Dove & Hawk are working alongside an upper end independent estate agency brand who are in the process of hiring an experienced property manager to assist with the management of a growing portfolio of high end Hampstead properties. The role itself would suit an organised and structured Property Manager who understands the importance of staying up to date with the latest legislation and compliance procedures. A minimum of 2+ years experience within an established Property Management department is required.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Managing a portfolio of 70+ upper end Residential Properties.
  • Responding to Tenant and Landlord queries.
  • Dealing with maintenance issues within agreed time scales.
  • Sourcing quotations from a list of reliable and high skilled contractors.
  • Monitoring work of instructed contractors.
  • Implementing structures and processes within the business to ensure smooth running of the department.
  • Conducting with tenancy check in and check outs.
  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Attending market appraisals alongside the Lettings Manager on occasion.

Requirements of the Role:

  • 2+ years previous experience working as a Residential Property Manager.
  • Ideally previous experience working within a structured and corporate business.
  • Experience working with a portfolio of upper end property.
  • ARLA qualification is preferable but not essential.
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent customer service, prioritisation, and organisation skills.

Salary Budgets: £42,000 basic salary, £50-55,000 OTE

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (1 WFH day offered after probation).
