Duties:
Property Inventorys
Portfolio of 120 Properties - 80 Residential and 40 Commerical Shops.
Check in and Outs
Office Filing
Doing Viewings on Vacanct Properties.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 12pm - 5pm
Salary is £24,000 Pro Rata.
They are looking for someone with 1 Years Experience.
Must Have a Licence and Car.
