Property Manager Job in Buckinghamshire

Property Manager job working for a premium consultancy that covers the full real estate cycle. Our client is now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Buckinghamshire. The role is offering a salary of up to £30,000 + 25 days holiday.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of up to 100 high-end residential properties across Gerrards Cross.

Role & Responsibilities

- Managing day to day maintenance issues

- Schedule and carry out 6-month property visits

- Send reports to landlords

- Organising gas safety checks, produce and send out certificates

- Maintain all legal knowledge and comply with all Lettings legislations

- Organise all safety records and ensuring all alarms are installed

- Manage allocated properties, providing specific administrative duties

- Check all invoices and authorise them for payments.

Required Skills & Experience

- Property Management experience

- ARLA qualifications are desirable

- Great knowledge of Buckinghamshire

- Full UK driving license is essential.
