My client is currently looking to recruit a Chef to work in a newly re-opened pub in Brandon, Durham
This role is currently temporary cover but could be long term for the right candidate
Working 4 days a week, days will differ week to week. Food service times are:
- Monday - Thursday, 3pm-9pm
- Friday & Saturday, 12pm-9pm
- Sunday 11am-6pm
(Prep and clean down times around these also)
Job role and expectations:
- Prepare, cook and present food meeting customer satisfaction
- Working as a team with other chefs and staff members
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in busy kitchen environments
- Food Hygiene certificate holder
- Previous experience as a chef in a similar environment
- Willing to help out in different areas of kitchen when needed
