We are currently supporting a client in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a healthcare project in Manchester.

This role is starting asap and is initially a temporary role. 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7am - 3.30pm - this is flexible)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Finance Manager
  • Raising PO's
  • Goods receipting
  • Process invoices and credit notes
  • Ability to manage high volumes of invoices
  • Ensure invoices are coded and inputted correctly
  • Assist with queries

Requirements:

  • Have prior Financial experience
  • Computer literate
  • Have good communication skills
