Procurement Assistant Job in SW London

Procurement Assistant required to join a small but busy high-end interior design firm in SW London. The role will see you split your time between assisting with the procurement of FF&E and the day-to-day office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Assistant, or Office Assistant/Manager and possess strong attention to detail and organisation skills.

Founded in 2004, this interior design practice has seen continual success working primarily on super-prime residential and commercial schemes in the UK, Middle East, USA and Europe. Currently developing multi-million-pound residences and yacht projects with clients from across the globe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers from across the globe for the procurement of high-end FF&E, including bespoke pieces
  • Track orders and keep the wider team updated with delivery dates
  • Quality control - checking items upon arrival
  • Office management and administration, including answering the phone, organising mail, marketing, etc.
  • Keep sample libraries and materials organised

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year(s) in a similar role, ideally within a top London-based interior design firm
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of interior design processes and industry suppliers

What you get back

  • Salary of £22,000 to £30,000
