Responsibilities:
As a QAQC Engineer working on the construction of a state-of-the-art data center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
Quality Assurance/Quality Control:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QAQC plan in alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Generate comprehensive reports for project stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in QAQC for data center construction.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the awareness and understanding of quality standards among project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on data center projects preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
