Responsibilities

As Quality Advisor you'll be working within the Quality team, supporting them with compliance across our TfL contracts, maintaining the contract IMS as well as monitoring and auditing.

Your day to day will include:
  • Ensuring the ISO accredited integrated management systems are effectively implemented & monitored, identifying opportunities, and implementing changes to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing arrangements for and attending audits, both internally at group level and externally, identifying areas of concern and supporting the contract teams to deliver improvements and analyse the root cause of defects and nonconformities, implement corrective action and update processes with lessons learned
  • Promoting a 'right first time' culture by ensuring all processes are mapped out and maintained to reflect contract operations, supporting the different teams in their delivery of the service through implementing guidance documents, workshop support and corrective action plans
  • Making sure contract operations are compliant with business policies and standards, developing and managing the contract audit programme, carrying out internal audits against business policies to check and ensure compliance to business standards
Who are we looking for?

This role of Network Resilience Manager is great for you if you can:
  • Show ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualifications and a thorough understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management system standards
  • Work on own initiative, be proactive and highly organised and display a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
