Offer support to the QA Manager in FV configuration settings and entire project set ups.

The Project:

A £200 Million Residential superstructure will consist of seven blocks, featuring a 29-storey residential tower, which will become the tallest building in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the QA Manager in creating and managing business trades and packages.
  • Support the QA Manager in creating and managing workflows, task types, task libraries in accordance to projects specification.
  • Managing consistent approach to the software across Business Unit projects.
  • Assisting FV to 4P files upload and file map review.
  • Support the QA Manager in managing organisations packages set up and project assignment.
  • Support the QA Manager in managing communication plan and distribution list.
  • Issuing and coordinating flow of other digital documentation like NCR/ SSIR including Clean Up Notice/ Site Procedures like: Instruction request, snagging completion and HO certificates.
  • Audit QAs and snagging workflow status.
  • Creating and running various trackers templates.

We're Looking For:

  • MS Office 2016
  • 4 Projects- Basic Level
  • Fieldview
  • CSCS card required or have a valid CSCS Card
