We're looking for a Quality Assured Advisor to join our team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to the Cycle to Work Scheme, Life Assurance policy and even more.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
As a Quality Assured Advisor, you'll be working within our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contract administration team, supporting the operational and office-based teams.
Your day to day will include:

Checking paperwork for all open jobs and work orders to ensure all information correct

Ensuring subcontractors paperwork and engineer time records are correct

Flagging any system issues such as work orders not closing correctly are flagged

Monitoring the MoJ and Home Office inbox for closure paperwork

Reviewing performance reports and providing updates on actions taken and raising any escalations as required

You have effective verbal and written communication skills

You can demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

You can effectively balance tasks and responsibilities to ensue all work is completed in a timely manner
