Protocol are delighted to be working with a specialist End-Point Assessment Organisation who specialise in the Science sector in order to recruit for a permanent, full time Quality Manager to join their driven team.



Role responsibilities
Working closely with the senior management team in order to ensure the organisation drives forward and delivers a high-quality service.
To help maintain strong and effective relationships with providers, employers and stakeholders including ESFA, Ofqual and the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.
To develop, manage and maintain the quality assurance function for our client, including test moderation, standardisation and improvement of test materials.
To plan and manage the annual quality assurance cycle; including the development and production of policies and procedures and the implementation of a regular audit cycle ensuring our client remains compliant with all relevant regulatory bodies.


The person & qualifications
A degree or equivalent level science/ engineering qualification or experience
Relevant experience of quality assurance within a qualifications / training environment
An IQA qualification
An understanding of apprenticeship standards, qualifications and valid assessment
An understanding of the training environment of the science industry
An understanding of the requirements of regulatory bodies such as Ofqual or QAA
