Protocol are delighted to be working with an Engineering Training Provider in the East Midlands who are currently recruiting for an Quality Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be industry qualified and experienced within either Mechanical or Fabrication and Welding, and have a real enthusiasm for all things Quality related.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic provider, who look after their staff and are always happy to help with upskilling and development.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibly, innovation and capability to work effectively at all times.
Role responsibilities
Ensure high quality is maintained through, and all KPIs and targets are met
Assess learners on and off site to make judgements on their competence
Provide a professional service and set high standards in all aspects of your work, working flexibly and responsively to ensure high levels of service throughout
The person & qualifications
Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
Industry knowledge and experience - either Mechanical or Fabrication and Welding
