We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager within the Highways business to manage and support delivery of quality and assurance activities across Highways.

As Quality Manager your days will be filled with maintaining the integrated management system (IMS). Planning and undertaking internal audits as well as coordinating and supporting external audits. Maintaining compliance to accreditations to the relevant standards (ISO/other). Creating, maintaining, and updating processes and procedures. Analysing and evaluating performance, issuing reports and supporting sustained improvements. Remaining actively involved in management of audit outcomes, process verification/validation and continuous improvement activities.

What we need from you

  • Qualified ISO9001 lead auditor
  • Experience in SharePoint and the development and management of ISO accredited Quality Management Systems (ISO9001)
  • Experience of investigating non-conformities and ensuring lessons learnt are recorded, monitoring and communicated.
  • Detailed understanding of integrated management systems and how to create, manage and monitor against internal standards and requirements.
