We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our A417 Missing Link Project based in Gloucester to support the project team in delivering the A417 to time, budget and right first time. Location: South - agile at first but will be expected to work from the A417 site 5 days a week when spades to ground

Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Salary: Up to £55k

Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you'll be developing and maintaining the project quality management system and will be the primary point of contact for the team on quality matters

Your day to day will include:
  • responsible for measuring, monitoring and reporting on quality performance against the agreed objectives and KPIs
  • monitor production of assurance records in accordance with the programme to ensure that individual elements of work can be signed off as work progresses
  • undertake audits and surveillances on activities and suppliers as necessary
  • undertake investigations into Non-Conformances to identify Root Causes and Improvement Actions
  • provide support to other members of the project team and the workforce to ensure that the project QMS is implemented correctly
What are we looking for?

This role of Quality Manager is great for you if have:
  • experience in a similar within construction/highways
  • appropriate CSCS card
  • full UK driving licence
