What You'll Be Doing As the Quality Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for all quality matters across the project. Your role will include: Developing, implementing and maintaining the project Quality Management System Supporting site teams to meet industry standards, specifications and project requirements Leading internal audits and coordinating external audit activity Reviewing ITPs, method statements and quality documentation Monitoring NCRs, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Providing coaching and training to site teams on best practice Managing document trails, evidence records and compliance reports Ensuring processes meet ISO standards and client expectations Working closely with engineering, construction and HSEQ teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role within construction, rail or civil engineering. Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing and compliance Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards Good communication skills and confidence building relationships across site teams A proactive mindset with a passion for raising standards and improving processes Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
