Location: Penrith with some travel to other offices and sites

Due to New schemes being awarded in RDP North we are seeking a dedicated Quality, Performance and Improvement Manager to ensure Kier meets client requirements as set out in the RDP contract. This role will initially support M6 Lune Gorge, Princess Way and A66 with Quality requirements as they mobilise.
Key Responsibilities
The Quality, Performance & Improvement Manager will work with all functions across their nominated schemes to ensure Quality standards are met, monitor and improve scheme performance, complete client KPI's and lead Continuous Improvement activities. They will promote Kier Group's Values towards its client National Highways in order to meet or exceed their expectations.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role
- Self-starter, who will use their own initiative and plan their own journey
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to implementing the Kier management systems (including Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) and attainment of the stated targets
