Protocol are delighted to be working on behalf of a world renowned financial services organisation in order to recruit numerous Quality Practitioners to join their apprenticeship division on a freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the quality within the apprenticeship department.

Role responsibilities
To develop and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment for the apprenticeship provision

Developing and delivering CPD to improve teaching learning and assessment in line with best practice models

Undertake robust observations of both classroom and 1:1 learning activity ensuring that teaching improvement activities are linked to the key strategic objectives of the apprenticeship team

Undertake regular reviews of the quality of marked work and feedback, and apprentice progress reviews

The person & qualifications
A degree or professional qualification

Teaching qualification

Detailed knowledge and experience of current teaching, learning and assessment strategies

Excellent communication and rapport building skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

Passionate about learning and practice of own continued development

Willingness to travel and access to your own vehicle
Experience within a senior quality position
