I am currently recruiting Quantity Surveyors for an immediate start at Felixstowe docks, there is at least 3 months work available with the potential for extension. Junior or assistant QS's will also be considered.

Once in the role you will be expected to help with subby management and monthly claims and payments.

The role will involve;

Assisting with preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed

Production of monthly forecasts, and contract budget reports

Identify and provide appropriate, timely information to support change control process

Maintain registers of variations, delay, extension times and claims
