Location: Crawley with hybrid working available.

Salary: Up to £55k doe + car allowance
Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Kier Utilities - UKPN Alliance responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
In this role, you will manage the commercial activity of the assigned project aiming to enhance value and increase profit. You'll provide commercial expertise to contracts, assist in the procurement of subcontractors, ensure change management, budget monitoring and contract performance. You'll also mitigate against commercial risk, maximise cash flow and ensure quality through the commercial and contractual process. You will be skilled in NEC3 administration and communicating with project teams to maximise recovery and manage all change events.
What are we looking for?
This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:
- · Proven NEC3 or NEC4 experience is required
· Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degree, or enrolled on an accredited part-time post-graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience desirable
· Full Membership of the RICS or another body desirable, or enrolled on the approved training scheme for membership
· Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in construction industry in a commercial role
· Customer/client focussed aiming to understand, anticipate and meet their requirements
