Modular build is fast becoming the hot topic in UK Construction. If you are interested to work at the forefront of innovative offsite construction systems, this is your chance to work with a company who have decades of experience in the sector. Due to their success, this employer now takes on many projects as Principal Contractor whilst still working as a large scale sub-contractor on bigger schemes.
If you are an experienced main contractor Quantity Surveyor with an understanding of modern construction systems we would be very interested in speaking further about this opportunity. Working across JCT and NEC forms, you can expect to work within a highly driven and results orientated team on multi-million-pound projects in the private and public sectors
