Day to day duties
- Preparing site budgets to put forward to Managing director
- Ensure there is sufficient staffing in place to finish each individual job, get all relevant paperwork ready for the pre start meetings compile a list of all available sub-contractors to assist the build.
- You will be provided with invoices from subcontractors, building merchants, utilities, plant hire and recruitment agencies.
- You will also be tasked with ensuring all budgets are been adhered to you will also have a close relationship with the project manager/ construction manager to ensure the build programme is on time and ran to a strict schedule.
Skills & Experience:
- Post graduate with 2-3 years' experience as a minimum
- Experience of residential development.
- First class communication and organisation skills
- Confident in problem solving, decision making and able to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- The ability and confidence to manage, teach and support colleagues
- Experience in gathering information and report writing.
