Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Offsite Construction
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car & Package
- Are you an experienced quantity surveyor with a sub-contracting background?
- Would you enjoy working with a market leader in offsite construction?
You will be joining an established team of project surveyors who manages projects form £50k-£10M in value. Working with some of the largest contractors, developers and house builders in the UK, you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent contractual knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:
- Working across the business to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Maintaining customer contact throughout the project
- Support the sales teams with pre-contract support and input
- Negotiating sub-contractor terms and selecting appointments
- Taking a proactive approach to problem solving, ensuring service targets are met
- Prepare final accounts drawing on accurate project history records and initial negotiations
Key Skills:
- Strong process management skills
- An influencer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in negotiations within a business to business environment
- Excellent delegation and organisational skills
- Knowledge of offsite construction systems and techniques
- Strong background in construction sub-contracting
