As a Quantity Surveyor with our Central team in Gloucestershire you will be responsible for managing the commercial resources of a project, providing commercial expertise, mitigating commercial and contractual risks and maximising cash flow.
You will need to hold either a degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, have solid experience in NEC contracts and be an excellent communicator. As the majority of our project portfolio is made up of Commercial, Education, Leisure and Healthcare sectors ranging in value from £5m-£50m, we would ideally be looking for similar experience.
