Kier Infrastructure - Regional Civils are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work across a number of varied Environmental Agency projects focused on improving flood defences.
Key Responsibilities
In this Quantity Surveyor role, you will manage the commercial activity of the assigned project, to enhance value and increase profit. You'll provide commercial expertise to contracts, to include valuations, budget monitoring and contract performance data. You'll also mitigate against commercial risk, maximise cash flow and ensure quality through the commercial and contractual process.
What are we looking for?
A CSCS card holder with a degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally a Professional Member of RICS. You'll have proven NEC3 or NEC4 experience and demonstrable experience of quantity surveying/civil engineering projects. Previous experience of working on Environment Agency frameworks is desirable.
