Experienced Quantity Surveyor required on a permanent basis to work with a leading specialist social housing contractor
Reporting into the Director of the business this role is a key hire for this specialist contractor who are seeing a sustained period of growth with the successful award of contracts within the social housing sector.
The role offers scope for growth as operations develop and is sutited to an experienced QS with experience in internal refurbishment , social housing and experience in overall P&L business accounts would be preferrential.
Salary on offer circa £45k+Car Allowance and other benefits.
